PINEDALE FINE ARTS COUNCIL

SUMMER CAMP 2018

In 2018 we hosted our first summer camp in lovely Pinedale, Wyoming. Many former students from our in-school residencies joined for a week-long immersion during Master Makers 1.0. Students created and invented with cool technology - circuits, electronics, motors and LED lights. From light-reacting bots, to human circuits and tech-enhanced dioramas imaginations were sparked. 3rd-8th graders worked as a tight-knit community to invent, explore and imagine. And, we wrapped-up the week with a community art show and celebration.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

For many years, the Pinedale Fine Arts Council has supported our residencies with schools throughout Sublette County, Wyoming. In association with Andeavor, the town has united to support STEAM & Maker investigation both inside and outside the school setting. And of course, adult Makers enjoy learning and creating, too! So we've had a ball hosting maker engagements where donors, teachers, parents and families unite to mix, mingle and create. See our school programs:
