Eurekus will be offering 2 half-day STEAM & Maker summer camps with DPS Department of Extended Learning's Summer Club.

Imaginations are charged during this award-winning program! Kids investigate engineering and invention in imaginative and dynamic ways. Learners build “engineering literacy” as they explore simple machines and classical mechanics As skills progress, campers invent more complex machines while learning and discovering together!
Projects include: Air-powered racers, kinetic puppetry, simple machines games, mini rocket launchers, pneumatic rockets, automata sculpture and more!
August 1-5: SPACE MAKERS - NASA Week!
Brown International Academy
Have a blast during this week of space-inspired investigation! Join visiting artists and NASA consultants for this unique experience uniting space science and engineering with art and culture. From ancient astronomy to new NASA missions, campers explore our celestial neighborhood in innovative ways. They also gain “engineering literacy” through fun projects and collaborative discovery.
Projects include: Motorized mobiles, kinetic mission models, mixed-media art projects, rockets and more!

June 13-17: STEAM SPLASH - Know Your H20!
Celebrate summer with this action-packed, water-themed camp! Learners have a blast exploring our most precious resource through fun art, inquiry and Maker-based activities. From painting and tech-based creations to wet and wild experiments, this week fuses science with creativity as campers discover while making together.
Projects include: Air-powered boats, kinetic puppetry, high-tech dioramas, bubble fun, tie-dye, crystal sculptures, steam engines and more!
June 20-24: SPACE MAKERS – NASA Week!
This fun-filled camp unites art and space science with a focus on mission design and engineering. Campers build, invent and explore the cosmos through visual art, kinetic sculpture, model building and tech-based creations. Throughout the week, kids learn about NASA’s recent discoveries and new missions to Mars and the Asteroid Belt. Highlights include the Aiello’s brand new NASA program - MISSIONMakers!
Projects include: Motorized mobiles, kinetic rovers, mission models, LED sculptures, mixed-media projects, rockets and more!
