Engineer, Invent, Explore - Maker Camp

Open to all 2nd-entering 6th grade students.

Location: Teller Elementary, 1150 Garfield St, Denver, CO 80206
Dates: July 31- August 4, 2017
Times: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Ages: 2nd – entering 6th; (Min 10; Max 25)
Tuition: $260/week; Includes all materials, tech and 2 snack breaks

Imaginations are charged during this fun-filled week of Maker exploration! Join visiting artists and NASA consultants Tyler & Monica Aiello for a unique experience fostering creativity and invention. Campers become “Artist Explorers” to investigate how things are built, move and work. From sculpture and mechanical inventions to electronics and tech creations, students also hone key engineering skills while having loads of fun.

Projects include: Woodworking, soldering, kinetic sculptures, catapults, telegraphs, circuits, LED inventions, motors and more!
